ON PARTICIPATION OF A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE FEDERAL BAILIFFS SERVICE IN INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE HAGUE CONVENTION AS MEANS OF INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION (KAZAKHSTAN, ASTANA, 10-12 NOVEMBER 2015)

In the period between 10 and 12 November 2015, the International Conference: Hague Convention as Means of International Cooperation (hereinafter the Conference) was held in the city of Astana (Kazakhstan).
The organizers were the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation (IRZ) together with the Permanent Bureau of the Hague Conference on Private International Law with the assistance of the Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection of Germany. 
The Conference discussed provisions of main Hague conventions related to alimony, kidnapping, adoption, selection of court of justice, getting evidence on civil and trade cases, serving documents.
The Conference was attended by representatives of state and court authorities of Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Belorussia, Russian Federation and representatives of the Hague Conference on Private International Law.
From the Russian Federation the Conference was attended by Deputy Head of the Legal Department of the Federal Bailiffs’ Service Alexander Boroday.
