REPRESENTATIVES OF FEDERAL BAILIFFS SERVICE TALE PART IN EVENTS DEDICATED TO 100TH ANNIVERSARY OF COMMEMORATING VICTIMS OF ARMENIAN GENOCIDE (ARMENIA. YEREVAN, 26 APRIL 2015)

Events dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide organized by the Enforcement Service of the Armenian Ministry of Justice were held in the city of Yerevan, Armenia, on 26 April 2015.

The commemorating ceremony held at Tsitsernakaberd memorial site was attended by the delegation of the Russian Federal Bailiffs’ Service headed by its Director and Chief Bailiff of the Russian Federation Artur Parfenchikov. The delegation consisted of: Deputy Head of Krasnodar Territory Office of the Federal Bailiffs’ Service – Deputy Chief Bailiff of Krasnodar Territory Sergey Minasyan, Deputy Head of Stavropol Territory Office of the Federal Bailiffs’ Service - Deputy Chief Bailiff of Stavropol Territory Araik Martirosyan.

Before the ceremony the FBS Director laid flowers to the memorial and visited the museum of the Tsitsernakaberd memorial site.

The Tsitsernakaberd memorial is a symbol of mourning 1.5 million Armenians who became victims of the tragic events that took place in the Ottoman Empire in 1915.
